Fitzwater St. Bookshelves

Built in bookshelves flanked by fireplaces.

Baby gate

This 1/2 door works much better than the old baby gate. Operating the same as a normal door, adults can lock and un-lock the door, self closing hinges help a forgetful adult mind. The architectural elements were added to mimic the existing post.

Planter boxes

These planter boxes are on a roof deck in old city. The two with lattice are on castors so the homeowners can get to the air conditioner unit if needed.

This kitchen may have a small footprint, but the layout makes it extremely functional.

With a window looking in from the master bedroom this bathroom could be called the peekaboo revue.

1st floor bathroom on Wood St.

I wish i had taken better shots when this bathroom was finished. The mosaic glass tiles made an unbelievable wainscoting.

Wood St. bathroom

These were taken during the building of the master bathroom. The shower is 5'x 7' with 4 shower heads. Not included in these pics are the new toilet, bidet,towel warmer, and marble floor .

Wood St.

A condo on Wood St. gets some kitchen upgrades. New countertops, cabinets, warming drawer,and glass tile backsplash with inlays were added. Sorry there is no before pics. but the counter was an island if that helps.
